Post Construction

A project is not deemed finished after construction is complete as The Summit Group’s commitment to servicing our client’s par excellence carries on. We work hard to make your transition from construction to occupancy as seamless as possible. Our post‐construction services streamline the close-out and occupancy phases of each completed project.

We complete our own punch‐list review prior to turning over any project and practice a zero punch list tolerance. Our experienced professionals coordinate with everyone from the design‐construction team to municipal inspectors and tenants, ensuring that every detail is accurate. That means creating close‐out documentation, delivering complete operations and maintenance manuals with all as‐built drawings, testing equipment and training staff to operate and maintain the equipment and systems that have been installed. Upon the one year anniversary of project turn over we systematically dispatch a team member to perform a walk‐through, observe any existing or potential issues, and resolve them. We’re always here to answer your questions, because no matter when your project was completed, every client remains a priority.
